Returns

Returns are possible within 30 days upon receiving the item(s), after that period the returns will not be accepted. Please always contact us to discuss the returns at marlena@geniusz.org.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

When returning, make sure they are undamaged and that all original packaging, such as logoed boxes, pouches are included and that are packed safely for the return shipping.

Once I receive the return, I’ll refund the original price of the item(s), minus shipping and taxes. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Any duties or taxes related to returns or exchanges are also the customer's responsibility.

If your dice have major faults or if something else isn’t right, feel free to contact me at marlena@geniusz.org. Please note that mold marks, voids filled with UV resin, or minor scratches are natural and not considered manufacturing faults.
