Are your dice balanced?
That is a common questions, especially for handmade dice. The short answer is YES - they are well balanced for casual play. More detailed answer is that perfect balance does not exist, it is not possible to achieve perfect balance in handmade and in mass produced factory dice. The closest to that are casino dice. However, it is worth to know that the shape of dice and not having any heavy (e.g. metal) inclusions is enough to ensure enough balance for random rolls. Inclusions like paper, dried flowers, glitter, 3D resin printed forms do not impact the dice balance in any meaningful way.

The dice I want has sold out, will they restock the next drop?
It depends. Some dice are very unique, some are easier to repeat. Some designs are harder to make or it is not possible to get the same resources. If there is a lot of interest than it is more possible that I will make more in the same style. If you are interested in a set let me know and I will see if it will be possible. -
Do you do custom dice commissions?
Sometimes I do. It all depends on my time availability and on the design you want. Please write me a message and I will consider it.

I am allergic to a lot of jewelry. What are your chains and parts made of?
My jewelry is made from stainless steel or bronze. Each piece of jewelry is described with a list of materials. If you have any doubts about the materials used in a specific jewelry please contact me. I can also change the bronze metal to stainless steel. Please contact me to change the metals in the jewelry you are looking to get. I do not use silver or gold metals. -
Can I customize jewelry?
I am open to making custom jewelry. It can be made from your own idea or any of my pieces changed to suit your needs. Please contact me to talk about making custom jewelry. -
I see a design posted on your Instagram but not in your shop?
There may be many reason. It may be sold out. Some designs may be custom order and will not appear in my shop. Some designs may be available only in some collections. Some designs may be unique and available only once. Please contact me if you are interested in a certain piece.

What's your processing time?
My standard processing time is up to 5 working days. Exceptions are custom orders and preorders which are visibly marked and properly described and processing time for those may vary. -
How much is shipping?
Price of the shipping depends on your location and shipping option of your choice. It will be visible after adding items to the basket and going through the purchase process. -
I am an international buyer outside of Poland. Do I need to pay custom? Why is the shipping fee so high?
I am based in Poland, European Union customers should not expect any custom fees. Customers from outside EU may expect some custom fees depending on their location and current laws. USA customers- tariffs are included in the price, other fees may apply depending on the current laws.
Shipping is currently high as in the past few years it became more difficult to ship around the world and it is reflected in the postal services prices.

My order status says it is shipped, but tracking has not started after a couple of days?
Tracking may not be updated for 24h after I create the tracking label but it should be visible after that time. However, sometimes the post office employee does not scan the package properly. So they won't get scanned until they reach the next facility. I would give about 3-5 days, if tracking still doesn't show, please reach out to me. I will try to figure out what's going on. For holiday seasons, this happens more frequently. Don't hesitate to reach out. -
I still haven't received my product after xx days. Is it lost?
Please note that shipping to different countries may take some time, especially during holiday season. Also, I have only the information that is provided on the tracking and I am not able to give more details than it says on the tracking. Please track the status of your shipping and if there is a issue with postal office, I will definitely try everything I can to help out. -
My order shows as "delivered," but it's not in my mailbox!
If your order shows delivered, but not in your mailbox, please allow time to:
- check around your residence to see if it is somewhere unexpected (front door, porch, etc)
- it may have been delivered to your neighbor, allow a couple days for them to return it to you.
If nothing after 2 days, I would contact your local postal office and report missing mail. Contact me too to let me know.
