Shipping

Orders are shipped withing 7 working days in case of finished products, and made to order products will be shipped once finished, within the time frame provided on the item description. 

Please note that all items are handmade in our workshop in Poland and shipped from here. We do ship our items internationally, nearly to all of the countries in the world, through the 3rd party delivery companies. All parcels are packed in the boxes. We make sure to pack your orders safely. Your order is the most important to us because our items are shipped from fans to fans!

Our prices do not include any additional taxes or customs fees that may apply when your package enters your country. For more information, please check your local government's official website. By purchasing our products, you are consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Mage Studio operates and ships from Poland. At checkout, you can choose between Post or other carriers like UPS. When using Post for international shipments, please note that once the parcel leaves Poland, it will be handled by your local postal service.

You can track your shipment through services like https://www.17track.net/en.

Once the item has been shipped, Mage Studio is no longer responsible for the order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages that are confirmed as delivered.
Note that shipping with post is not insured and I will not be bale to refund your order in case of the lost, stolen or damaged package. UPS shipping is insured and will be refunded in case of lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If your item(s) arrive damaged despite being well packed, please contact us for replacement or refund.

Please check your package with the presence of the courier for any damages that may occur during transport and report them immediately to the courier.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact me at marlena@geniusz.org before returning the item(s).
